A few snapshots related to the book

Silly book or not, GSU is a real place.

This shows the view looking down the stair case in the Petit science building. Only from the 5th floor though as I was too lazy to climb to the 7th. I'm also standing across from a surveillance camera next to a sign warning me not to take pictures (though that applies to the common area next to the labs, which is behind me through a key-carded door).

This view shows Courtland street from ground level. They've removed the nets, but the concrete still is occasionally "spalling". There are signs warning you not to park under the bridge. This is the original ground level in Atlanta, right where Sherman's men marched. If you walked under the bridge and to the left you would arrive at the train lines. Until the 1920's or so the center of Atlanta was one big level crossing with a major train line. By the way, it's an entrance to G-deck.
